Terms and Conditions
12 hour Lesson cancelation/rescheduling policy.
Notification of rescheduling must be given 12 hours prior to any lesson, or done electronically if not the learner will forfeit `be liable for the full rate.
Where applicable a learner driver must have valid learner license present at all times.
Car use for the test or lesson(s) will be suspended if no proof of payment has been received. The learner must have a valid learner's license upon attending each class. (not a copy or a picture)
Alcohol/drugs.
The lesson will be forfeited if the learner is under the influence of alcohol/drugs.
Insurance.
Drivingmadeasy's vehicle is comprehensively insured which includes 3rd party liability cover.
By booking and proceeding with any of the services offered by Drivingmadeasy you agree to the above Terms and Conditions even if the lesson was booked on your behalf.
Indemnity Clause
Indemnity Agreement: The term 'instruction' and 'activities' shall include an instruction provided by Drivingmadeeasy Driving School. It also include all activities, services and use of the vehicle either provided or arranged by Drivingmadeeasy.
Assumption of Risk: I am aware that driving, learning to drive, and any other activity associated with this course involves risks, dangers and hazards as well as the potential for serious injury and crashes. As a learner driver I fully assume all such risk dangers and hazards and the possibility of personal injury, death, property damage or loss resulting there from.
As a parent /guardian / family member / employer: I fully assume all such risk, dangers and hazards and the possibility of personal injury, death, property damage or loss resulting there from to my child / student / employee or person taking driving lessons and for which I am responsible for. Therefor I agree to waiver any and all claims that I have or may have in the future against Drivingmadeeasy Driving School from any and all loss, damage, expense, injury that I or my child or the person I am paying the lessons for may suffer as a result of driving instruction activities. By booking and proceeding with any of the services offered by Drivingmadeeasy you agree to the Indemnity Agreement.
